Click on a folder name on the right and it will automatically "open" that folder.
Click on a file name on the right and it will allow you to save it to your comptuer.
Click the plus sign in the tree and it will expand the tree.
Click a folder on the tree and it will display the contents of that folder in the right panel.
Create a folder by clicking the folder with the plus sign on it. (top left corner)
Red X: Delete the selected folder(in the tree) and all subfolder and files by clicking the red x in the top left corner.
